A lot of people are under the misconception that because the background download is starting the patch is coming next week. Patch 3.0 HAS NOT hit the PTR yet, and here are some confirmed posts it will go there first, and this is just because of the large content of the patch.

just to let ya ll know 3.0 is in ptr right now they figure end of sept to iddle of oct is when it will go live+

Yes, the day after i posted they released the downloads for PTR, blue posts say mid october right now, so hopefully well get those new talents in time for the haloween stuff!
